Building an assortment that actually turns
A practical starting order for adult smokers is 60 units across two or three SKUs, not 60 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.

Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
