Getting the carton there intact

How we structure a first order
A practical starting order for adult smokers is 100 units across two or three SKUs, not 100 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.
Most adult smokers arrive with a spreadsheet and leave with too many SKUs. The fix is not a bigger catalogue, it is a narrower core. We normally propose three tiers: a volume line that carries the shelf, a step-up line that lifts basket value, and one trial SKU that tells you what to order next season.

What documents come with a shipment?

Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 100 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
