Keeping the second shipment identical
We keep the specification sheet for every order on file. Two years later, when a customer asks whether a pod is compatible, the answer is a lookup rather than a guess.
The replacement policy is deliberately simple: report within seven days of delivery with photos and the batch code, and we replace or credit at the next shipment. We do not argue about a defect we can see in a photograph.
Reading a quotation properly
We publish a realistic band of 3.15 to 10.43 per unit for standard configurations at 60 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For adult smokers the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.

For repeat buyers we hold a shipping schedule rather than shipping on request. A fixed weekly cut-off means your reorder lands before the shelf empties instead of after.
