Advertising rules are stricter than product rules in most markets. Claims about cessation, health or comparative performance should stay off packaging and off your product pages unless your legal team has signed them off.
What a sensible opening order looks like
A practical starting order for adult smokers is 300 units across two or three SKUs, not 300 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.
Most adult smokers arrive with a spreadsheet and leave with too many SKUs. The fix is not a bigger catalogue, it is a narrower core. We normally propose three tiers: a volume line that carries the shelf, a step-up line that lifts basket value, and one trial SKU that tells you what to order next season.
Where the margin really sits
We publish a realistic band of 3.25 to 9.31 per unit for standard configurations at 300 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Payment terms for new accounts are normally a deposit with the balance against the bill of lading. Established buyers on a repeat schedule can move to terms after three clean shipments.

Quality control, in plain terms
8 separate checks run before a carton is sealed: electrical, mechanical, leak, finish and packaging. Anything outside tolerance is quarantined the same day and reported to you, rather than shipped with a hope and a discount.
Flavour drift between batches is the quiet killer of repeat orders. We retain a sealed reference sample from every run so a complaint six weeks later can be compared against what actually left the building.

Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes. Split shipments are quoted separately because consolidation and splitting price differently. Tell us the destination list at quotation stage and we will show both options.
Do you support private label?
We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
How long does production take?
Around 18 working days after artwork approval for stock configurations, plus transit. Custom runs add roughly a week for tooling and a physical dummy. We confirm the date in writing on the order acknowledgement.
