Where defects actually come from

Battery safety is not a marketing line. Cells are matched by capacity and internal resistance before assembly, charging boards are checked for cut-off voltage, and any unit that fails the cut-off test never reaches packing.

We photograph the packing station during production for volume orders. It is a small thing, but it settles most arguments about what was actually in the carton before it was sealed.

Price breaks and payment terms

Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For adult smokers the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.

We publish a realistic band of 3.57 to 10.50 per unit for standard configurations at 50 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
